I have been using the EnGenius gateways for a number of years now: deploying them in homes and hotels. It was a rough start at first with some questionable configurations. What is great is their tech support. They addressed the issues and promised to make changes to fix the problems. What’s crazy is that actually did it. Issues with printers and some bespoke wireless devices were addressed and resolved. Give them feedback and they listen and respond immediately. It’s rare to have a company not only acknowledge when you find where their devices are lacking but continue to work on resolving those issues. When I pointed out we were having trouble with some SFP to RJ45 adapters they released EnGenius branded units at competitive prices that work great. The Gateway is not perfect, but the company strives to make it perfect. I highly recommend all off their cloud and fit gateways!!!!
